Sunreef Scuba Diving Services is a full service dive centre that caters to all Scuba Divers.

Sunreef boasts the most experienced and qualified scuba service centre on the Sunshine Coast.
Our service tech, Greg Riddell, has been servicing dive equipment since 1976 and has attended numerous workshops and update courses over the years to keep up with new equipment and servicing procedures.

Greg has attended workshops and clinics to become accredited in the following brands: Oceanic, Scubapro, Uwatec, Apollo, Tabata/Tusa, Poseidon, Mares, Cressi, Aqualung, Suunto, Sherwood and Dacor.

Sunreef carries a huge inventory of spare parts for all major brands so turn around time for servicing is prompt.

Manufacturers recommend that regulators and BCDs are serviced annually. This is good advice as your dive equipment is your “life support” and needs to be looked after so that it is reliable. Servicing at regular intervals maintains your gear in top working order. This also minimises the possible replacement of costly parts that may be damaged or broken due to excessive corrosion when neglected dive gear is disassembled.

Our major brand, Oceanic, also recommends annual servicing and offer free parts for life for equipment purchased in Australia from a registered Oceanic Dealer.

Scuba Hire Equipment:

Sunreef offer up to date, quality Oceanic dive equipment in our hire department. All equipment is serviced regularly and replaced on a regular basis.

Hire equipment available includes:
Masks, snorkels and fins
Cressi Wetsuits, 3.5mm and 5mm.
Oceanic Regulators, octopus and Veo 1.0 nitrox computers with compass.
Oceanic BCDs
Weightbelts and weights

Scuba Dive Cylinders:

Aluminium or steel cylinders from 65cu.ft, 75 cu.ft. 85cu ft. 95cu ft and 100cu ft capacity capacity (8 litre to 12 litre)
DIN or pillar valves are available.
Nitrox cylinders and twin sets are also available for hire.
Underwater Cameras are available for hire on our trips only.

Air Fills:

Sunreef maintain a high quality of air purity for all air cylinders. Regular 3 monthly air tests by an independent certified air tester is proof of our high quality air fills.
Extra filtration on our compressors and an extra final filter at the fill panel ensures quality air at all times.
Compressors are checked daily and filter change intervals are monitored closely.

Nitrox Fills:

Sunreef has the only on site nitrox membrane compressor on the Sunshine Coast. We have 8 bank cylinders with premixed 36% at the ready. Once again, we maintain a high standard of filtration to ensure clean and accurate nitrox fills.
